O3A is seeking applicants to apply for funding to offer a four-year Senior Nutrition Program (SNP) in Clallam, Jefferson, Grays Harbor and Pacific counties beginning January 1, 2025. The four-year contract term will be from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2028. Contracts will be issued annually with funding approved by the state.  SNP services include Home Delivered Meals (for homebound adults) and Congregate Meals for adults 60+, Tribal Elders 55+, and other qualified individuals.  Successful applicants must be able to provide nutrition services in accordance with Washington State DSHS Senior Nutrition Program Standards.

The deadline for submission is June 14, 2024, 5:00 pm PST.
