Legal Assistance Services
O3A: Legal Assistance Services funded by the Older Americans Act:
Effective June 30, 2025, O3A will no longer offer Senior Legal Advice Clinics (SLAC) services.
Our service focus has been readjusted to align with the Older Americans Act and the mission of O3A, which is dedicated to supporting older adults who face significant social and economic challenges to help them maintain their independence at home and within their communities. Key services include legal assistance with issues related to housing, denial of benefits, healthcare, abuse, neglect, utilities, and more.
O3A contracts with Northwest Justice Project (NJP) to provide these important services to low-income older adults (aged 60+) and Tribal Elders (aged 55+). Below is the contact information for NJP:
- NJP – 1-888-201-1012
- Low Income Seniors – 1-888-387-7111
- Call between 9:15 am and 12:15 pm
- Facing Eviction – 1-855-657-8387
