O3A staff coordinate essential services for older adults and adults with disabilities in Clallam, Grays Harbor, Jefferson, and Pacific Counties. SHIBA Program Coordinator, Port Townsend or Sequim office. 1 position available. Preference for those with SHIBA volunteer experience. Part-time, 30 hrs./wk. Non-Exempt. $31.32/hr. starting wage if hired at Step 1. Maximum pay at end of range Step 12 is $41.09/hr. Full benefits package and WA PERS retirement plan. Serves as the volunteer recruiter, trainer, direct service provider, and program coordinator for the Statewide Health Insurance Benefits Advisors and MIPPA programs for assigned counties. Promotes the programs, works to ensure quality program service delivery, and provides community education and outreach. Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, health, counseling, psychology, sociology, legal, social work or related field required. Two years experience with application of business and administrative skills. Minimum one year experience coordinating volunteers in the public service delivery model. Ability to recruit, train and supervise volunteers. Well-developed human relations skills and ability to work in a team-based environment. Requires current WDL & insured vehicle. O3A is an EEOE.
