FREE TAX PREPARATION & E-FILING!
February 1st through April 15th, 2020
Port Townsend Community Center
Tuesdays and Fridays, 10 am to 1:30 pm. Appointment required, call 360-385-9007.
Taxpayers must bring the following information to the TAX-AIDE site:
- Photo ID
- Social Security cards for taxpayer, spouse and dependents
- Documentation of health care coverage for everyone on the tax return. Bring Form 1095, if received.
- W-2s, 1099s, and all documents necessary to complete the 2018 tax return
- A check or bank document with account numbers, if direct deposit desired
- The 2017 tax return
The TAX-AIDE program is sponsored by the IRS and the AARP Foundation. The service is free of charge, and available to taxpayers of all ages.
