Ongoing Grief Support

Ongoing weekly grief support groups are offered in a safe and confidential environment.  Each session is facilitated and includes topics such as common grief reactions, coping with grief related changes and self care.

Connect through our shared experience of loss and remembrance.  Free and open to anyone in Jefferson County grieving a death.  No registration required.

WHEN: 1st and 3rd Wednesdays, 6-7:30 pm

2nd and 4th Wednesdays, 3-4:30 pm
