"Living Well" Series

The Olympic Area Agency on Aging, in collaboration with North Beach Community TV, brings this Healthy Aging series, “Living Well”, to you. We want you to be happy and stay healthy, as you grow older. We hope these videos will help you to be successful in learning new ways to manage conditions such as arthritis, diabetes, high blood pressure, anxiety, heart disease, and other conditions. We plan to post each new topic after its initial airing.
