Elder Support Programs

Legal Counseling

Legal services provide individual client services and limited legal representation. The purpose of legal services is to enable elders to secure rights, benefits and entitlements under federal, state, and local laws. It also seeks to effect favorable changes in laws and regulations that effect older people. This program also disseminates information about legal issues to older persons, service groups and bar associations through lectures, group discussions, and the media.
