HEALTH HOMES CARE COORDINATOR, Port Townsend office. 1 position available. 25hrs./wk.  Non-Exempt.  $27.63/hr starting wage if hired at Step 1. Maximum pay at end of range Step 12 is $36.25/hr. Full benefits package and WA PERS retirement plan. Provides support for designated health home clients. Care coordination responsibilities include assessment, care planning and monitoring of client status, and implementation and coordination of services. Facilitates interdisciplinary consultation, collaboration, and care continuity across care settings. Some travel is required in Jefferson and Clallam Counties.  Master’s degree in behavioral or health science and one year paid on the job social service experience, OR Bachelor’s Degree in behavioral or health sciences and two years of paid on the job social service experience, OR Licensed Practical nurse licensed to practice practical nursing under chapter 18.79 RCW with at least two years of related job experience, OR Bachelor’s Degree and four years of paid on the job social service experience. PAYROLL ACCOUNTANT, Port Townsend administrative office. 1 position available. 40 hrs./wk. Non-Exempt. $27.63/hr. starting wage if hired at Step 1. Maximum pay at end of range Step 12 is $36.25/hr. Full benefits package and WA PERS retirement plan. Primarily manages payroll through ADP. Other accounting duties include reconciliations, some accounts receivable and audit/monitoring support.  AA degree in Accounting or related field AND three years of full charge bookkeeping/accounting/payroll experience preferred; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, and computerized accounting and payroll systems required.  Requires excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. CASE MANAGEMENT SUPERVISOR, Aberdeen office. 1 position available. Full-time, Exempt. $34.57/hr. starting wage if hired at Step 1. Maximum pay at end of range Step 12 is $45.36/hr. Full benefits package and WA PERS retirement plan. The Case Management Supervisor acts in a supervisory, information resource, and training role for assigned case management and direct support service staff in Gray’s Harbor County. Ensures services are provided within O3A and funding source requirements. Provides quality assurance oversight for in-home case management services, monitoring, and reviewing case files for program compliance, accuracy, and completeness. Responds to state, payment system, and all Fair Hearings requirements to ensure all state standards are met. Master’s degree in behavioral or health sciences with 2 yrs. direct case management and 1 yr. paid social service experience; OR BA in behavioral or health science with 2 yrs. direct case management and 2 yrs. paid social service experience. Well-developed management & human relations skills and ability to work in a team-based environment. CONTRACT SPECIALIST, Aberdeen or Port Townsend office. 1 position available. 40 hrs./wk. Part-time considered. Non-Exempt. $30.17/hr. starting wage if hired at Step 1. You will manage a portfolio of service delivery contracts to aid clients receiving publicly funded services in their home, determine if applying providers meet qualifications, monitor contractors for service delivery and contract requirements, and provide technical assistance to contractors and O3A staff.  Some travel required to meet with contractors and conduct outreach for new providers in our service area (Clallam, Jefferson, Grays Harbor, and Pacific counties).
